Pineapple-cottage cheese salad

| 1 | large | Can crushed pineapple; drained |
| 1 | Box; (3 oz.) lemon pudding | |
| 2 | pounds | Cottage cheese; small curd |
| 1 | large | Cool Whip® |
Directions
Mix pineapple and instant pudding together. Stir in cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Place in refrigarator to chill.
