|10 ounces||Chopped spinach; frozen, thawed|
|1 pack||Knorr Vegetable Soup & Recipe Mix|
|16 ounces||Sour cream|
|8 ounces||Water chestnuts; chopped|
|3 \N||Green onions; chopped|
Thaw spinach and squeeze dry. Stir together the soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover; chill 2 hours. Stir before serving. Makes about 4 cups. MC formatted by Ramona - Sewgoode@...
