Yield: 1 Servings
|2 pounds||Ground beef|
|1 large||Onion; chopped and sauteed|
|2||Green peppers; chopped and sauteed|
|2 cans||Tomatoes; 28 ounces each|
|1 can||Tomato sauce; 15 ounces|
|1 can||Tomato paste; 15 ounces|
|2 cans||Mushroom slices; 10 ounces|
|1||Clove garlic; chopped|
|1 tablespoon||Hot pepper flakes|
|1 tablespoon||Tobasco sauce|
Cook ground beef and drain. Combine all ingredients in large pot. Simmer for 3 hours uncovered.
NOTES : My Dad's spaghetti sauce. My mom named it the stupid hot spaghetti sauce as she liked a mild spaghetti sauce. Keep in mind that my dad thought that a clove of garlic was a whoe bulb of garlic! But we always liked it!
