Measure | Ingredient |

2 pounds | Ground beef |
1 large | Onion; chopped and sauteed |
2 \N | Green peppers; chopped and sauteed |
2 cans | Tomatoes; 28 ounces each |
1 can | Tomato sauce; 15 ounces |
1 can | Tomato paste; 15 ounces |
2 cans | Mushroom slices; 10 ounces |
1 \N | Clove garlic; chopped |
1 tablespoon | Hot pepper flakes |
1 tablespoon | Oregano |
1 tablespoon | Tobasco sauce |
1 tablespoon | Salt |
½ tablespoon | Pepper |
Cook ground beef and drain. Combine all ingredients in large pot. Simmer for 3 hours uncovered.
NOTES : My Dad's spaghetti sauce. My mom named it the stupid hot spaghetti sauce as she liked a mild spaghetti sauce. Keep in mind that my dad thought that a clove of garlic was a whoe bulb of garlic! But we always liked it!
