Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Sweet Italian sausage
1 medium Onion, minced
2 \N Garlic cloves, minced
8 ounces Minced black olives
1 cup Minced green pepper
4 ounces Olive oil
4 ounces Tomato paste
16 ounces Tomato sauce
2 pounds Spaghetti noodles
1 cup Chopped fresh tomato
1 quart Water
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Pepper
½ pounds Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage, onions, green peppers, and olives in the oil and drain. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, chopped tomato and water mix well and simmer on low for 2½ hours adding liquid as needed, let thicken to desired preference.
