Thick & spicy spaghetti sauce

2.00 large Onions, chopped
2.00 medium Green peppers, chop
1.00 cup Chopped celery
3.00 \N Cl Garlic, minced
2.00 tablespoon Olive oil
2.00 \N Pounds ground beef
1.00 pack Fresh mushrooms, sliced
3.00 \N 6-oz cans tomato paste
1.00 \N 16-oz can whole tomatoes

3.00 \N 8-oz cans tomato sauce
2.00 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2.00 teaspoon Chili powder
2.00 teaspoon Dill weed
2.00 teaspoon Whole oregano

Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper, celery and garlic in hot oil in large dutch oven. Cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble; drain well, and stir in remaining ingredients. Cover, bring to boil, and reduce heat to simmer for an additional 2 or 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaves and serve over pasta of choice.
