Sweet italian spaghetti sauce

1 | medium | Onion, minced |
2 | Garlic cloves, minced | |
8 | ounces | Minced black olives |
1 | cup | Minced green pepper |
4 | ounces | Olive oil |
4 | ounces | Tomato paste |
16 | ounces | Tomato sauce |
2 | pounds | Spaghetti noodles |
1 | cup | Chopped fresh tomato |
1 | quart | Water |
1 | tablespoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Pepper |
½ | pounds | Grated parmesan cheese |
Directions
Brown sausage, onions, green peppers, and olives in the oil and drain. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, chopped tomato and water mix well and simmer on low for 2½ hours adding liquid as needed, let thicken to desired preference. Pour over noodles and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese as desired.
