2 pounds | Ground chuck or turkey |
1 large | Onion -- chop |
1 tablespoon | Garlic -- mince |
32 ounces | Tomato sauce |
1 large | Can tomato paste |
1 cup | Dried parsley |
½ teaspoon | Oregano |
