Joanne's queso

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1poundsMonterrey Jack or Velveeta
1can(10 oz) of lightly drained; diced Ro*Tel
1packJimmy Dean sausage; browned, crumbled and drained (use the Light)
1can(small) of sliced Black Olives
1bunchScallions or chives; chopped
2Shots of Cholula sauce (up to 3)
Add whatever else you like: artichoke hearts, or etc.

Directions

Try the broccoli or a baked potato with my sister Joanne's Queso recipe on it!!!

Melt cheese and stir together all ingredients. Use as a dip or topping.
