Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | (10 Oz.) frozen chopped spinach; thaw |
1 pounds | Velveeta with jalapenos |
½ cup | Milk |
1 small | Onion; diced |
1 \N | Jar; (2 Oz.) diced pimento |
1 medium | Tomato; diced |
Combine all ingredients except tomato and spinach over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in spinach and tomatoes. Serve warm with chips.
