Spinach - cheese queso

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 Oz.) frozen chopped spinach; thaw
1 pounds Velveeta with jalapenos
½ cup Milk
1 small Onion; diced
1 Jar; (2 Oz.) diced pimento
1 medium Tomato; diced

Combine all ingredients except tomato and spinach over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in spinach and tomatoes. Serve warm with chips.
