Spinach - cheese queso

| 1 | pack | (10 Oz.) frozen chopped spinach; thaw |
| 1 | pounds | Velveeta with jalapenos |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
| 1 | small | Onion; diced |
| 1 | Jar; (2 Oz.) diced pimento | |
| 1 | medium | Tomato; diced |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except tomato and spinach over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in spinach and tomatoes. Serve warm with chips.
