Quick cheese sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Velveeta cheese 1/2 lb
2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Milk
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Cut up cheese into a sauce pan. Add butter and milk. Heat slowly until cheese has melted. Salt and pepper to taste. Dissolve cornstarch in ½ cup water, stir in a little at a time until sauce is of the required consistency.
