3 tablespoons | Whole black peppercorns |
1 tablespoon | Sweet hungarian paprika |
1½ teaspoon | Mustard seed |
18 smalls | Bay leaves |
12 \N | Whole cloves |
¾ teaspoon | Ground cardamom |
¾ teaspoon | Mace |
¾ teaspoon | Allspice |
¾ teaspoon | Ginger |
¾ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
¾ teaspoon | Red pepper |
In a spice grinder or small food processor, combine all of the ingredients.
