Jerk seasoning dry rub

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Onion powder
2 tablespoons Thyme leaves
2 tablespoons Sugar
4 teaspoons Salt
4 teaspoons Ground allspice
4 teaspoons Coarse ground black pepper
2 teaspoons Ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Shake all ingredients until well blended. Rub dry mixture over all surfaces of meats before cooking.
