| ¾ | teaspoon | Ground cardamom |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Mace |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Allspice |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Ginger |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Red pepper |
Directions
In a spice grinder or small food processor, combine all of the ingredients.
Grind well and store in a small glass jar.
