|4||Boneless chicken breasts; skinned|
|1||Garlic clove; crushed|
|150 grams||Mozzarella cheese; sliced|
|1 pack||MAGGI Spicy Italian Sauce Mix|
|Freshly ground black pepper|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped fresh basil or parsley|
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Add the chicken and brown on both sides over a moderately high heat.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Top each chicken breast with a ham slice and the cheese.
Combine the sauce mix and water.
Pour around the chicken and bring to the boil, stirring.
Cover the pan and simmer over a low heat for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Stir occasionally. Season with black pepper and sprinkle with the basil or parsley before serving.
