Spanish chicken salad

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ cup Chicken strips; cooked
1 small Head lettuce; shredded
1 large Red onion; thinly sliced
½ cup Olive oil
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
\N \N Salt, pepper
\N \N Lettuce leaves
2 \N Oranges; peeled and sliced
2 \N Avocados; peeled and sliced
1 bunch Radishes; sliced

Place chicken, lettuce and onion in bowl. Thoroughly combine oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over salad, toss gently, then arrange chicken on lettuce leaves. Garnish with orange, avocado and radish slices.
