Hummus (chickpea dip) #01

Ingredients

2cupsCanned chick peas; drained or the same amount fresh cooked
cupTahini
¾cupLemon juice
2Cloves mashed garlic
1teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonCumin
Parsley for garnish

Directions

Place chick peas, tahina, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cumin in food processor. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate.

Just before serving sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
