| ½ | cup | Tahini (sesame paste) |
| 1 | Lemon; juice of, no seeds (up to) | |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; peeled | |
Directions
Mix in a food processor. Blend until smooth and serve with warm pita and cucumber and onion slices.
