|2 cans||(16-oz) of chick peas; discard the liquid from one of the cans|
|½ cup||Tahini (sesame paste)|
|1||Lemon; juice of, no seeds (up to)|
|2||Cloves garlic; peeled|
Mix in a food processor. Blend until smooth and serve with warm pita and cucumber and onion slices.
