Hummus dip

Ingredients

1canGarbanzo beans drained
2tablespoonsTo 3 tb tahini (crushed sesame seeds)
¼cupTo 1/2 c lemon juice
1Clove garlic
½teaspoonCumin
½teaspoonSalt
Water

Directions

Place drained beans in blender. Add all other ingredients and then add enough water to almost cover beans. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving dish. Pour very thin layer of olive oil on top and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pita bread.
