|1 can||Chick peas; liquid included|
|1 \N||Lemon; juice of|
|3 \N||Cloves garlic|
|¼ cup||Extra extra virgin olive oil; about (use the best you can get)|
|¼ cup||Tahini; about|
|1 pinch||Ground cumin|
|3 tablespoons||Pepper flakes of your choice or a few de-seeded Habs or any fresh pepper of your choosing; about|

From: Victor Polk <0002014700@...> Throw everything but the chick peas and pepper flakes in the blender and let it do its' blend thing. Toss in the chick peas and blend until smooth.
Add the pepper flakes last and blend just until the are evenly distributed thru the hummus. Take your favorite food that you use to shovel dip with and try not to overindulge in this epicurean delight.
