Humbleberry crisp

Ingredients

4Apples, peeled, cored and
Cut into chunks (2lb/1kg)
1pounds(500g) rhubarb
1cup(250ml) blueberries or
Blackberries
1cup(250ml) raspberries
1cup(250ml) all-purpose flour
1cup(250ml) brown sugar
1teaspoon(5ml) cinnamon
½cup(125ml) butter
¾cup(190ml) rolled oats

Directions

TOPPING

Combine apples, rhubarb and berries. Spoon into buttered, 3L baking dish. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in rolled oats.

Sprinkle over fruit. Bake crisp in preheated 350f oven 50 to 60 minutes or until fruit is tender. Source: The Toronto Star Newspaper.
