Apple honey crumble

| ¼ | cup | Orange juice concentrate |

| 2 | teaspoons | Cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cloves |
| ¾ | cup | Canola oil |
| ¾ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Flour |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking powder |
| 1 | pinch | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 | large | Egg |

Notes: By Mary M. Crook, Lansford. The Times News, PA Preheat oven to 350. Toss apples, honey, brown sugar, orange juice concentrate and spices. Place the mixture in a 9x13 pan and set aside. In a separate bowl mix the oil, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg to form a thick batter. Drop by spoonfuls onto apple mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 or until top is nicely browned. Makes 8 servings.
