Hot pepper mustard vinaigrette

2tablespoonsHot pepper mustard
1tablespoonFreshly squeezed lime juice
¼cupWhite wine vinegar
½cupOlive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Straight out of Chile Pepper Magazine, and I haven't tried any of them.

Try this recipe over a salad of grilled chicken, avocado slices, spinach and red onion.

#1 Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Cover and shake well.
