Red pepper vinaigrette

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive oil
½ small Onion, minced
1 \N Garlic clove, minced
1 \N Red bell pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Coarse salt
½ teaspoon Ground black pepper

Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over moderate heat. Add onion and saute until soft, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and bell pepper and saute another 2 minutes.
