Hot mustard sauce #1

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Brown sugar
3 tablespoons Flour
½ cup Dry mustard
1 cup Consomm or beef bouillon
½ cup Vinegar
3 \N Eggs; beaten

Blend dry ingredients. Add liquids. Cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly. Yield: 2 cups.
