Hot crab delight

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese
1 tablespoon Milk
8 ounces Cooked crab meat (2 tins)
2 tablespoons Finely chopped green onion
1 pinch Dijon mustard
1 pinch Seasoned salt

From: Wayne or Diane Beck <beck@...> Date: Thu, 8 Aug 1996 01:48:00 PDT Cream cheese with milk until soft and smooth. Add crab meat, onion, mustard, salt and blend well.

Place in oven to table dish and bake about 20 minutes (325 F) or until hot and bubbly. Serve with variety of crackers. *Even better with fresh crab.

Recipe can be doubled or more.
