Horseradish-cream cheese spread

Ingredients

¼cupFresh chives; finely chopped
2tablespoonsButtermilk
½cupHorseradish; grated and drained

Directions

Mash all ingredients together until well combined, using just enough buttermilk to get the desired consistency.

Use as a spread on rye or pumpernickel bread, on bagels or crackers.
