Horseradish-cream cheese spread

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese; room temperature |
| ¼ | cup | Fresh chives; finely chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Buttermilk |
| ½ | cup | Horseradish; grated and drained |
Directions
Mash all ingredients together until well combined, using just enough buttermilk to get the desired consistency.
Use as a spread on rye or pumpernickel bread, on bagels or crackers.
