Horseradish and cream cheese dip

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Cream cheese, (3 oz. each)
\N \N Softened
2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper to taste (I sometimes like hot
\N \N Pepper in my dip)
6 slices Crisp cooked bacon, chopped or crumbled

Mix cream cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add the bacon (drain it on paper towels after frying); mix well. Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers or vegetables. by Judy McCann Posted to MasterCook Digest V1 #188 Recipe by: Judy McCann
