Honey-mustard garlic dressing

| 2 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard 2 tbsp mild honey |
| 3 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Apple juice, unsweetened |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| Black pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Squeeze the garlic puree from the skins into a blender. Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning.
Covered tightly and refrigerated this dressing should keep 4 days.
