Honey-mustard garlic dressing

2 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard 2 tbsp mild honey |
3 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
¼ | cup | Apple juice, unsweetened |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Black pepper to taste |
Directions
Squeeze the garlic puree from the skins into a blender. Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning.
Covered tightly and refrigerated this dressing should keep 4 days.
