|¼ cup||Vinegar; white|
|1 tablespoon||Onion powder|
|\N \N||Parsley; fresh/dried|
Combine all ingredients with wire wisk, except oil. Whip, until well blended. Next blend in oil. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 4 cups.
