Orange-honey-mustard salad dressing

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Orange juice concentrate thawed
½ tablespoon Wine vinegar
½ tablespoon Honey
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Safflower or sunflower oil

Combine ingredients and whisk until emulsified. Makes ½ cup, enough for 4. For Creamy Orange Honey Mustard Dressing add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, ¼ cup yogurt and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise to **¼** cup of above dressing. Toss with DRY, mixed, chilled 4 to 6 servings.
