Honey-mustard dressing (prodigy)

| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Freshly ground pepper |
| ¾ | cup | Safflower oil (or other vegetable oil) |
Directions
IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing.
