Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Oil |
2 tablespoons | Mustard |
2 tablespoons | Cider vinegar; plus |
1 teaspoon | Cider vinegar |
½ cup | Honey |
1¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | Finely chopped parsley |
1 tablespoon | Finely chopped red onion |
1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
Put oil, mustard, vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, Worcestershire and salt in a blender container. Blend for 3 minutes on medium speed. Makes 3 cups. Keeps well.
