|1 tablespoon||Dijon-style mustard|
|3 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|½ teaspoon||Freshly ground pepper|
|¾ cup||Safflower oil (or other vegetable oil)|
IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing. Makes 1½ Cups.
