Honey-mustard dressing #2

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoons Honey
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
¾ cup Safflower oil (or other vegetable oil)

IN A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER the mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Gradually whisk in the oil to form a creamy dressing. Makes 1½ Cups.
