Honey carrot cake

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Oil
4 Eggs
1½ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups Grated carrots
½ cup Chopped pecans or walnuts

Add oil and mix thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add honey and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Blend in carrots and pecans. Pour into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
