Honeyed carrots

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter or fat
4 cups Sliced carrots
3 tablespoons Orange juice
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Ginger
4 tablespoons Honey
