1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
½ teaspoon Ground white pepper
Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons Powdered ginger
Garam Masalla
1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
1 tablespoon Black peppercorns
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
½ teaspoon Turmeric
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Ground allspice
¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon Powdered ginger
Grind in spice mill.
2 teaspoons Grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon Ground allspice
1 teaspoon Ground cloves
1 small Dried hot chili
¼ teaspoon Powdered ginger
2 eaches Whole cloves
1 each Allspice berry
Grind in spice mill.
