Hoisin garlic burgers

Yield: 4 -5 serving

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground meat (beef, veal, chicken or any combination)
¼ cup Bread crumbs
¼ cup Chopped green onions (about 2 medium)
3 tablespoons Chopped coriander or parsley
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Minced ginger root
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame oil

In small bowl, whisk together water, hoisin sauce and sesame oil. Brush half of sauce over top of burgers. Place on greased grill and BBQ or on rack on baking sheet and bake for l0-l5 minutes.
