High-protein burgers

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Beef round; lean -- trimmed

\N \N Fat -- ground
1 cup High protein cereal
½ cup Skim milk
1 \N Egg -- lightly beaten
2 teaspoons Instant beef bouillon -- opt
2 tablespoons Instant minced onion
\N \N Salt & Pepper to taste
