Hickory cheese loaf

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Loaf bread; French or rye unsliced
½ cup Soft butter
1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Snipped parsley
½ teaspoon Hickory smoke salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Date: Sun, 4 Aug 1996 12:01:40 PST Cut bread diagonally into 1 inch thick slices. DON'T SLICE THROUGH. Mix all remaining ingredients; spread mixture on every other slice. Wrap loaf securely in heavy duty aluminum foil. Bake in oven 15 minutes at 250 F.

Make on grill 4 inches from coals, turning often.
