Meat 'n cheddar loaf

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1½ | pounds | Ground beef | 
| ¾ | cup | Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or old-fashioned) | 
| ½ | cup | Grated sharp Cheddar cheese | 
| ¼ | cup | Chopped onion | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard | 
| 1 | Egg; beaten | |
| ¾ | cup | Milk | 
Directions
Combine all ingredients throughly.  Pack firmly into an 8-½" x 4-½" x 2-½" loaf pan.  Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.) about 1 hour and 15 minutes.  Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
