Nut and cheese loaf

Yield: 5 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 cup Cheese, grated
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 cup Breadcrumbs, dry
¾ cup Boiling water
1 each Egg, beaten
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper

Cook onion in butter for few minutes. mix cheese, nuts, Breadcrumbs, and water. Add melted butter, onion, egg, salt, and pepper.

Bake in a small pan in 350 F. oven about 30 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
