Yield: 6 Servings
|½ cup||Butter Or Regular Margarine;|
|½ cup||Cold Packed Cheddar Cheese|
|1 teaspoon||Worcestershire Sauce|
|⅛ teaspoon||Tabasco Sauce|
|1||French Bread; 20-Inch Loaf|
Combine the butter, cheese food, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco Sauce in a medium mixing bowl. Beat, with an electric mixer set at medium speed, until well blended, then set aside. Cut the French bread into 1-inch slices. Spread the slices with the butter mixture and reassemble the slices to form a loaf on a 26-inch length of heavy-duty foil. Securely wrap the loaf into a loose packet and refrigerate. When ready to grill, cook the bread 4-inches from gray coals (medium heat). Grill about 15 minutes turning once, or until the butter mixture is melted and the bread is hot.
Makes 1 loaf.
