Spiced shrimp

Yield: 10 Appetizers

Measure Ingredient
1 clove Garlic, crushed
¼ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Curry powder
½ teaspoon Ginger
¼ teaspoon Turmeric
½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Dash pepper
1 pounds Shrimp, peeled and deveined

In skillet, saute garlic lightly in butter (do not brown). Stir in spices, salt and pepper. Add shrimp and saute 2 to 5 minutes, or just until tender. Serve hot on toothpicks. Makes about 10 appetizer-size servings.
