Herb and spice shrimp

Measure Ingredient
2¼ pounds Peeled & deveined shrimp
1 \N Recipe COURT BOUILLON
¼ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ cup Tomato puree
1 cup Tomato juice
¾ cup Water
¼ teaspoon Basil
¼ teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Cayenne
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ cup Sherry

Cook shrimp in court bouillon. Remove from liquid & cool completely.

Melt butter in pan. Add garlic, tomato puree, tomato juice & water.

Simmer 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour into bowl. Arrange shrimp around bowl. Use sauce as dip.
