Herbed salmon steaks

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Salmon steaks |
| 1 | tablespoon | Flour |
| 2 | tablespoons | Plus (see next line) lowfat margarine |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| ½ | cup | Dry white wine |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried basil |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried tarragon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dried rosemary, crumbled |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced onion flakes |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
Rinse fish and pat dry. Rub flour into both sides of fish. Melt margarine in saute pan, cook fish for 5 minutes. turn and cook 5 minutes more. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish.
Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, turning once and basting frequently with pan juices.
