4 \N | Salmon Steaks; about 1 1/2 in. thic |
1 tablespoon | Onion; grated |
2 tablespoons | Lemon Juice |
4 tablespoons | Butter; melted |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 dash | Pepper |
¼ teaspoon | Thyme |
\N \N | Paprika |
\N \N | Parsley |
1 \N | Lemon; cut in wedges |
Place steaks on greased grill. Combine onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper and thyme, with butter. Baste steaks with one-half of the butter mixture.
Cook about 6-8 minutes per side or until steaks flake easily with a fork.
Garnish with paprika and parsley, add lemon wedges.
Serves 4.
