Golden salmon steaks

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Salmon Steaks; about 1 1/2 in. thic
1 tablespoon Onion; grated
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons Butter; melted
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
¼ teaspoon Thyme
Paprika
Parsley
1 Lemon; cut in wedges

Place steaks on greased grill. Combine onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper and thyme, with butter. Baste steaks with one-half of the butter mixture.

Cook about 6-8 minutes per side or until steaks flake easily with a fork.

Garnish with paprika and parsley, add lemon wedges.

Serves 4.
