Oven-fried salmon steaks

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Oil
1 cup Herb-seasoned
\N \N Stuffing-crush
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
2 \N Garlic cloves -- minced
¼ cup Parsley, fresh -- chopped
4 \N Salmon steaks -- 1 inch
\N \N Thick

Combine oil, lemon juice, and half the garlic. Place salmon steaks in shallow pan and pour oil mixture over. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes. Remove from marinade. Combine stuffing, cheese, parsley and remaining garlic. Dredge salmon in stuffing mixture. Place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle 2 T marinade over. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes.
