Herb-crusted salmon steaks

| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Olive oil | 
| 6 | Salmon steaks or fillets | |

Date:    Wed, 7 Aug 1996 19:45:20 -0500 Combine herbs and peppercorns and grind in spice grinder until fine. Add flour and salt and dredge salmon steaks in mixture. Brush steaks with oil. 
Bake in a 400 degree oven 8-10 minutes.
