1 cup | Bread Crumbs -- fine dry |
1 tablespoon | Parsley -- chopped |
¼ cup | Chives -- chopped |
2 tablespoons | Fresh Basil Or 1 Tbsp Dried |
1 \N | Clove Garlic -- crushed |
¼ cup | Green Pepper -- chopped |
¼ cup | Celery -- chopped |
1½ teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Black Pepper |
3 \N | Strips Bacon |
Combine all the ingredients except the bacon and place in a meat-loaf pan. Cover with the bacon strips and bake 1½ hrs in a 350 F oven.
Serve 4-6.
