Herb butter sauce

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Minced green onions
1 \N Clove garlic; minced
½ cup Butter; melted
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon Dried tarragon
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Saute green onions and garlic in butter in a skillet over medium heat until onion is tender. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and remaining ingredients. Use sauce for basting or for sauteing poultry, fish, or vegetables.
